Any fees paid to Travstock are for access to and use of the software platform only. Once access is granted or the service is used, fees are generally non-refundable.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made due to a technical error
  • Incorrect charge caused directly by a system malfunction
  • Payment deducted but service access not provided

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the Travstock support team.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect data entered by the user
  • Invoices generated using correct system functionality
  • User dissatisfaction not related to a platform malfunction
  • Failure to use the platform after purchase

5. Travel Service Refunds

Travstock does not process or handle refunds for flights, hotels, cabs, visas, or bus services. Any such refund requests must be raised directly with the respective travel service provider or agent.
